Earl is a very manipulative bar owner who captured both Venus and Betty's Objects of Power and held them under his control and knows about the existence of mermaids.
Personality[]
Earl is very evil and manipulative. He will do anything for money, including mistreating a human being. He cares little to nothing at all for the feelings of anyone else and often makes inappropriate jokes towards both Betty and Diana. Eventually Diana beat him up and stole back Betty and Venus' Objects of Power.
